I'm having credit carte problems; information technology just says continuously that the transaction was not approved for security reasons.
I chatted with alibaba back up, 1 agent gave me the appeal folio simply the appeal page requires you to select the card existence appealed (of which there are none on file b/c the carte is simply saved to file later you use information technology 1 time).
I went dorsum to back up and the next amanuensis said I don't need to practise the entreatment, they promised to email me something after tonight; no joy.
Been trying to pay all day. Usually the bank card sends a text if something is suspicious and I can corroborate but nada like that.
I've been trying all twenty-four hours (hither it's nighttime as I mail service this).
I went back through the thread and I don't run into a solution. I was prepare to upload photo id and cred. card. picture but over again, that page won't work if the card is not on file. Is this just the alibaba system beingness weird?
I know others take had issues with information technology. I do not want to send a wire transfer. This card works for everything, never fails information technology'due south a skilful carte du jour.

I was just reading something interesting in relation to my banks cc employ overseas.
It states that if a country has a 6 digit pin system then my carte du jour will be declined everyday, I would need to change my cc to 6 digit pin.
Here in oz it's a 4 digit organization.
Non sure if this is relevant or not but I idea I'd share because I'thou hoping for a smooth transaction.

It declined on me a couple times. Then Amy said use the appeal which no card showed upwards. I uploaded I.D. and card and the next day it was approved. And that was on a weekend.

Then on the Entreatment page when you uploaded your card and ID, wasn't the <submit> button grayed out?
Mine is grayed out since there is zilch to select on the first field "1. Choose the card for appeal" when you click it says "no options". And then the course is waiting for that to be selected to ungray the <submit> button.

Yeah it's a one-act of errors, I called the bank yesterday got through the computer then merely waited and waited then disconnected lol.

OK that'due south useful. I've tried most seven times (simply have i card that can handle the number of cells I'grand buying). I never saw the appeal folio equally part of the transaction; only when an Alibaba rep gave me the page after I pushed for information technology.

I understand you lot only have this one carte that has plenty credit to comprehend the whole order. But it never hurts to try different cards. In my case, once I got that "entreatment" push button and clicked it, I tin see all my previous cards (2 declined cards without "appeal" button + 1 declined with appeal push button) just showed up in the driblet-downward carte. I would recommend you do the aforementioned. Maybe our Platinum card will announced magically after you get that "entreatment" button. Then your can upload your ID and pic of your platinum card to appeal that card. Just a suggestion.

And BTW, y'all can marking out sensitive info on our ID, similar your DOB and some other info. I believe Alibaba only demand your proper noun and your accost to be matching with the info for your guild. At least information technology is like this in my case. I know giving out names and addresses is yet a concern to some. But it's better than sending the entire ID epitome out.

Ah got it. Thanks. I wish I had known that about mark out sensitive data. Ironically, the address on the DL is different since I moved since then.
Will try using other cards to get to that point. Thanks.

Some other thought.
I'm shipping to my reshipper in Communist china. Then the address that comes up by default in the payment page is in Chinese (the accost I gave the seller to transport to). I delete it and enter the accost associated with the carte du jour hither in the Philippines. Does anyone think this could be flubbing things upwards?
Maybe I should inquire the seller to describe up another purchase but listing my dwelling address on it, make the payment, then he can modify to the Chinese address?

So funny that it has to be mysterious why tin't they just say conspicuously what the problem is? I'chiliad sure even using google translate would exist sufficient if they wanted to say what needs to exist washed.

I delete information technology and enter the address associated with the card here in the Philippines. Does anyone remember this could be flubbing things upward?
Maybe I should enquire the seller to describe up another buy just list my home address on it, brand the payment, so he can alter to the Chinese address?

If its not aircraft to your home accost thats a big ruby-red flag and thats probably the problem.

Ever since the Usa started a trade war with Red china, I've seen many Chinese sellers no longer willing to transport to United states that previously did. I was Verified on Alibaba for years until the contempo U.s.a. spat with the Chinese regime over COVID-19. At present, when I effort to re-verify, it says that I tin't due to inappropriate conduct. Information technology doesn't say what information technology was. I've ever paid in full for what I've purchased immediately. I'm no conspiracy theorist, but I also know how Asian governments; particularly Communist china; use soft power to put the squeeze on those information technology doesn't regard favorably. E'er since the United states of america started a trade war with China, I've seen many Chinese sellers no longer willing to ship to USA that previously did.

I'm an American but I'm in the Philippines. the Philippine gov't is quite friendly with China, and so that shouldn't be an event. The credit card is likewise Filipino and I have not identified myself as American.

I just tried to pay with a unlike carte du jour (which I knew would neglect as it has no loot on it), then I tried to pay once more with the Platninum card, just to emulate the pattern of success which y'all had Greg. So here's my question, that Appeal folio, at that place is no link to it form the payment failed page.
I have the link considering the 1st support amanuensis at Alibaba gave me the link when I asked for it.
And then here I uploaded again my D.L. and C.C. pic to that page, only since there is no card on file the <submit> button is grayed out. How did you become past that? (see bottom of pic, no style to click submit). Thanks in advance!
